ALTO Construction has been located in the Tampa Bay Community since 1978.  A company that started initially focused in the Asphalt Paving and Maintenance
industry.

From those early days, ALTO has grown to be a complete sitework, paving and utility company with 90+ employees, as of 2004, (with many longtime employees). ALTO is a full service site development company. A company equipped to start a project from land clearing to underground utilities to earthwork and finally to a finished parking lot. Not every site development company is outfitted to handle the diversity of a new site construction. With ALTO, there is no need for multiple companies to manage your site construction.

In 2001, ALTO began recycling broken concrete and asphalt to produce two types of base material, Crushed Concrete and Crushed Asphalt (millings). Other materials produced are Drainage Stone (bedding, pipe bedding) and Fill Dirt.
